Use of the service

ToolPlexa provides free online tools for calculations, file processing, conversion, website utilities, and related tasks. No visitor account or paid subscription is currently required for the available tools.

Your files and inputs

You are responsible for the files, text, URLs, and other information you submit. Do not upload or process material you do not have the right to use, or material that violates law, privacy, security, or intellectual-property rights.

Prohibited use

You may not use ToolPlexa to distribute malware, attack systems, bypass security controls, violate third-party rights, automate abusive traffic, overload the service, or use the platform for unlawful activity.

Accuracy and availability

Tools are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work to provide accurate and reliable functionality, but we do not guarantee that every calculation, conversion, file output, availability period, or third-party dependency will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

Intellectual property

ToolPlexa branding, original interface elements, code, written material, and other original site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. User-supplied files remain the responsibility of their respective owners.

Third-party services

Some functionality may depend on third-party libraries, APIs, hosting, security, email, analytics, or processing services. Their terms and privacy practices may also apply.

No paid service currently offered

ToolPlexa does not currently offer visitor subscriptions or paid tool plans. If paid features are introduced in the future, the applicable pricing, limits, billing terms, and refund rules will be published before purchase.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ToolPlexa is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on tool results, loss or corruption of files, service interruptions, or third-party services. Keep your own backups of important files and independently verify important results.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
