You may request deletion of a ToolPlexa account and associated personal information, subject to applicable legal, security, fraud-prevention, and record-keeping requirements.

How to request deletion

Use our Contact Us page and choose an account/privacy-related subject. Submit the email address associated with your account. We may need to verify that you control the account before completing a deletion request.

What may be deleted

Depending on the service state, deletion may cover account profile information, saved preferences, and other account-linked data that is no longer required.

Temporary tool files

Browser-processed files generally remain on your device. If a current or future tool uses server-side processing, temporary files may be removed according to that tool’s processing workflow and operational safeguards.

What may be retained

Limited records may be retained where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our terms.
