No account required

ToolPlexa does not currently require visitors to create an account, log in, or purchase a subscription to use the available tools.

Information you provide

If you contact us, we receive the name, email address, subject, and message you submit through the contact form. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive documents through the contact form.

Tool files and inputs

Many tools process information directly in your browser. Office, HTML and spreadsheet rendering is performed in the visitor’s browser where possible. AI-assisted PDF features may send the selected PDF to Google’s Gemini API through the ToolPlexa server only when the user starts a feature that needs document understanding, such as multilingual OCR refinement, editable document reconstruction, structured extraction, translation or summarization. The Gemini Files API may temporarily retain uploaded files under Google’s current service policy, and ToolPlexa requests deletion after processing when the API permits it. Do not use third-party processing for documents whose confidentiality rules prohibit it. Other server-side tools may temporarily transmit files or inputs only as needed to perform the requested task. We aim not to retain uploaded files longer than reasonably necessary for the workflow.

Technical information

Like most websites, hosting and security systems may receive technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, requested pages, error logs, and security-related events. This may be used for security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and performance.

Cookies and similar technologies

ToolPlexa may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for basic site operation, security, preferences, or tool functionality. Service providers

We may use hosting, security, email, or processing providers to operate the service. These providers may process limited information on our behalf under their own terms and applicable law. ToolPlexa does not sell personal information to advertisers.
